Operation Turkey Dinner 2011

Operation Turkey Dinner

Operation Turkey Dinner is a non-profit service project dedicated to provide a Thanksgiving dinner to low income families who struggle to make ends meet. Its principle is to give back to the community and help those who are less fortunate in society.

Since 2001 we've been collecting dinners from individuals and organizations around the Longwood campus and delivering them to organizations such as S.T.E.P.S., Habitat for Humanity, Crossroads, Social Services, and the Farmvile Pregnancy Support Center. These organizations then distribute the baskets to the families in need.
